6/3/2026 - NOTICE: Stay Safe On Motorized Vehicles!

Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents,

As the popularity of e-bikes, scooters, and other motorized vehicles continues to grow, we want to remind residents about the importance of safe and responsible operation throughout our community.

While e-bikes can be a convenient and enjoyable way to get around, riders are responsible for following applicable traffic laws and operating their vehicles in a manner that protects the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, motorists, and other trail users.

BCMUD rules prohibit motorized vehicles from operating on District trails, parks, greenbelts, and other designated areas. These regulations help protect public safety, preserve recreational spaces, and minimize damage to District property. We encourage residents to review the District's Parks, Trails, Greenspaces, and Swimming Pool Policies and Rules and help promote safe use throughout the community.

If you observe behavior that creates a safety hazard, such as reckless operation, failure to follow traffic laws, or unauthorized use in restricted areas, you may report the issue through the District's online reporting system, BCMUD Park Security, or the Williamson County Sheriff's Office non-emergency line as appropriate:

  • Submit a report online: Report an issue.
  • Call BCMUD Park Security (parks and trails): 512-255-7871 ext. 232.
  • On residential roads, contact Williamson County Sheriff’s Office (non-emergency): 512-943-1300.

Thank you for helping keep our community safe while maintaining the Brushy Creek Life.
